Refund Policy

All Nolvra products are digital goods (audio plugins, sound content, and software licenses) delivered electronically. When you purchase a product, your license key is issued immediately and the download is available at once.

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase for one-time purchases, provided the license has not been activated. Once a license key has been activated in the Nolvra Hub or inside a plugin, the product is considered delivered and used, and the purchase becomes non-refundable. This is standard for digital audio software and reflects the fact that digital goods cannot be "returned".

Something can still go wrong: the plugin does not run on your system, a download is corrupted, or you were charged in error. In those cases contact us before the 14 days expire and we will make it right. Demo limitations and system requirements are listed on each product page; please check compatibility before purchasing.

You can cancel your All-Access subscription at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made after cancellation. Payments already made for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a subscription payment fails or is refunded, associated licenses are suspended automatically.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product are refunded in full. Just contact us with both order numbers.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you acknowledge at checkout that delivery of digital content begins immediately and that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for delivered digital content, as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU. Consumers in other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable rights under local law.

Email support@nolvra.com from the address used at purchase, with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
