How it works
Describe it, then shape it
Write what you want in the prompt bar and Plunge builds the voice, in signal order.
Prompt it
Type what you want, hit FORGE, and hear it. Local and deterministic.
Lock it to the kick
Drop a kick loop in and get a tuned, ducked pattern out.
Keep it mono-safe
Everything under roughly 110 Hz stays mono, however wide the top gets.

Build it around the kick
An 808 a semitone away from the kick, or sitting on top of it instead of around it, is the most common reason a low end sounds smaller than it measures. Drop the loop in and that decision happens before you commit.
- Drop the loop inAudio or MIDI, Plunge reads the hits either way
- Preview them togetherJudge the pair, not the 808 on its own
- Drag it outPattern MIDI or WAV, straight onto the timeline
FX chain
Four stages, fixed order
Lofi, then motion, then comp, then clip. Every stage is off by default, so the voice you build is the voice you hear until you decide otherwise. The order is fixed on purpose: a clipper after a compressor is a mastering decision, the other way round is a mistake.
- LofiBits and rate, before anything else touches the signal
- MotionSlow modulation across the note
- CompPunch, with attack and release over the transient
- ClipSoft or hard, into a ceiling you set

FAQ
Before you buy
What formats are supported?
AU and VST3 on macOS, VST3 on Windows. One license covers both, and your activations can be any mix of Mac and Windows machines.
Do I need the Hub installed?
Yes. The Hub handles your account, licenses and downloads. Install it once, sign in, and every Nolvra product flows through it.
Does PLUNGE work with my kick?
Yes. Drop your kick in, and PLUNGE locks the 808 around it. Sidechain shaping and kick-aware timing are built in.
How many presets are included?
251 presets: 27 hand-tuned character anchors plus a factory set grouped by style: trap, rage, reese, drill, hybrid, hip hop, phonk, plugg and club. DICE rolls a musical variation of whatever is playing, and anything you build yourself saves into a User category alongside them.

Guides that use it
How PLUNGE fits a session, written out step by step.
- Build Better Low EndPhones and laptops have no sub driver. If your 808 only exists below 60 Hz, most of your audience hears nothing at all.
- Make An 808 Slide Without The SmearA glide is one note changing pitch, not two notes meeting. Most of the mud comes from the old note still ringing under the new one.
- Reese Bass: What It Is And How To Build OneA reese is not a preset, it is an interference pattern. Two detuned saws moving in and out of phase, and a sub that has to stay out of it.
- Duck The 808 Under The Kick Without The PumpWhen the kick and the 808 land together they sum into one loud moment. Arrangement, envelope and sidechain solve it three different ways.
- How Long Should An 808 Ring?Note length is a harmonic decision before it is a mixing one. An 808 still ringing under the next chord is a bass note inside that chord.
- 808 Or Sub Bass: When A Track Needs BothAn 808 is an instrument, a sub is a layer. Running both puts two notes at one frequency, and phase decides what the listener actually gets.
